Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 5 days of the order date. Tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order is shipped. Shipping rates for standard delivery of orders below $60.00 are a flat fee of $8.00.

Orders placed after 12:00 ET will be processed the next day.

Returns

At Back To Eden we want to insure happiness and quality. We stand behind our beauty products purchased on BTEOrganics.com, and we want to guarantee satisfaction always. If not we will do our best to make your return process as easy as possible.

All products returned within 30 days will receive a full refund or product replacement for damaged goods. Only products purchased on BTEOrganics.com may be returned for a full refund in that 30 day period.

Please email our support staff at Latisha.bte@gmail.com to request a return number to begin your return process. Products cannot be refunded without this number.

For your protection and to insure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus shipping and handling).
